Responsibilities

Research and evaluate new AI technologies and models
Design AI-powered features and solutions
Fine-tune and deploy large language models
Develop AI strategy for client projects
Stay current with AI research and trends

Requirements

5+ years of experience in AI/ML
Deep understanding of LLMs, transformers, and NLP
Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs
Strong Python skills and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Published research or significant AI projects
